Congealed Cranberry Salad

Congealed Cranberry Salad1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup undrained

1 can whole cranberries mashed

2 pkgs. or 1 large pkg raspberry jello

3/4 cup cranberry juice

1 1/4 cup boiling water

Dissolve jello in boiling water, add cranberry juice

add pineapple and cranberries to jello and mix well

Put in 9×13 dish

Topping

Mix 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Spread over jello mixture once it’s congealed

Top with chopped pecans (optional)
